What should I look for in a tour company?

As consumers we always tend to buy based on the lowest price available, however the lowest price doesn't necessarily mean that you are getting the best deal. When considering any company you should ask a lot of questions.  For example:  How long have they been in business?  Do they belong to any associations?  How is your money going to be protected when you pay the tour company?  Do they offer medical or accident insurance?  Do they have a Representative that will be assisting the group during the trip? 

What should I keep in mind when I compare prices?

Always read the inclusions included in your price carefully!  A lot of times prices differ because not all the attractions, meals are the same in two different packages.  Pay close attention to the type of meals (coupons vs sit down meals), hotels (budget vs deluxe), complimentary packages and attractions.

What will Super Holiday Tours offer my group?

All of our groups can have peace of mind when traveling with Super Holiday Tours.  We offer a primary, no deductible, accident and illness insurance up to $2500.00 per individual in the rooming list.  This insurance will take care of any medical emergencies that may arise during your trip.  In addition, we provide a Super Holiday Tours Representative for each of our groups.  This Representative will meet the group upon arrival, assist with check-in, distribute tickets and take care of any last minute details on your group's behalf.  For groups traveling outside of the Orlando area, your Representative is with you 24 hours a day.

What is the minimum number of people required to be considered a group?

In order to provide the best group prices we require a minimum of 25 passengers per group for Orlando and 40 passengers for all other destinations.

What destinations do you provide packages for?

We can provide you with our services to numerous destinations such as Orlando, New York City, Chicago, Washington D.C., Branson, Boston, California, New Orleans, San Antonio, Williamsburg, Toronto, Hawaii, Ireland and several cruise destinations.  Super Holiday Tours is always working to add more destinations.  If you don't see the destination listed please call a Super Holiday Tours Representative and inquire on your destination. 

Do you provide cruise packages and if so where do they travel to?

We provide a variety of cruise packages, with varying number of nights. Our cruise packages visit locations, such as the Bahamas, Jamaica, Cozumel, Key West, and many other locations.

Do you have any packages for senior class trips?

YES! We can offer senior class trips to any of our destinations.  In Orlando you can also find events specific for senior classes such as Disney's Grad Night or Universal Studios' Grad Bash.

What festivals do you offer in Orlando?

Super Holiday Tours works with many festival companies throughout the United States. In Orlando we work with many festival companies including Dynamic Music Festival and Festival Disney.

Can you provide transportation for me?

Super Holiday Tours can make arrangements for your transportation.  We can assist with both ground and airline arrangements.

Does Super Holiday Tours provide travel insurance?

Super Holiday Tours encourages all individuals traveling within a group to purchase travel insurance.  This will protect your money from any cancellation penalties should you need to cancel due to illness or death in the family.
